• Any special instructions (i.e., keep patient, call results, send films/copies with patient)
• Does patient has a follow-up appointment with the ordering doctor or a specialist after their exam or in the near future?
• Does the patient have previous exams done of the same area? If so, where and when?
• Does the patient have a pacemaker?
• Does the patient have any metal in eyes, head or body?
* If medication is given to the patient to take prior to exam, patient needs to have a driver.
